[Ltb-users] Cannot send password reset link

Hi,

I am trying to set up SSP for the first time and have gone through all the config options as described in the documentation.

However, I cannot get the password reset links to send. The error displayed in the browser is "Error when sending confirmation email". The error in  the nginx log files is:

Can anyone help me debug this please?
