Issue #592 has been updated by Laurence Field.


Thanks. It is ok. Our goal was to try to get all the software that we need into EPEL. If it turns out to be too complicated to put 2.4 on the RHEL while respecting the Fedora Packaging Guidelines, we will just take an alternative approach.

I would like to get OpenLDAP 2.4 into the EPEL repository for RHEL5. I have already submitted a package and during the review was pointed to your project as the sane way to do this.
